Macarena Davies is the Founder of IDALIS and a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years specialising in monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment. In her previous role as Senior Consultant at Tetra Tech, Macarena led or contributed to numerous studies and evaluations for the European Commission across diverse fields, including public health, fisheries, foreign affairs, social inclusion, employment, gender, and communication. She has also conducted reviews of development projects in Latin America, implemented by civil society organisations and international NGOs, giving her valuable insights into international development.
Since founding IDALIS, Macarena has continued to provide services to Tetra Tech, the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, and other consultancies such as Q3 Strategy and Trade Advisers.
