Macarena Davies is the Founder of IDALIS and a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with over 20 years of professional experience, including 18 years specialising in monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment. She has led or contributed to numerous assignments for the European Commission across diverse policy fields, including public health, fisheries, foreign affairs, social inclusion, employment, gender, and communication. She has also conducted reviews of development projects in Latin America, implemented by civil society organisations and international NGOs, giving her valuable insights into international development.
Since founding IDALIS, Macarena has continued to provide services to other consultancies such as Tetra Tech, Trade Advisers, WYG and Q3 Strategy, as well as the European Commission, European Parliament and the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
